Overview of the Library Website and Resources
There is a vast amount of material available to you through the Stevenson University Library and website. Learning how to effectively search this wealth of information requires some persistence and patience. Here are a few suggestions:
- Explore the library homepage and become familiar with the services offered.
- Set up accounts in the databases you plan to use frequently. It allows you to save your work and see what searches you've done so you don't duplicate your efforts. Note: all EBSCO databases use the same account.
- Use a citation manager like NoodleTools, Zotero, or Mendeley to organize and manage citation.
- The How-To Guides are a quick and efficient way to learn about library services
- Contact a librarian via email, phone, chat, text, or our AskUs form. Librarians are available to answer a quick question or to meet with you to give more in-depth help.
