The Office of Sponsored Programs and Research offers training and resources to support grant-seeking, as well as a limited resource library.

Comprehensive Databases and Websites

Fundsnet (free): Easy-to-use site that lists funding opportunities in about 30 defined categories. Includes Curriculum and Lesson Plans, Education and Literacy, Wildlife, and more

Candid Website (some portions are fee-based): features many useful resources, including the Foundation Directory Online (available through Office of the Director of Corporate, Foundation and Government Relations at Stevenson). Free features include the "Find Finders" database, lists of top funders, a tutorial on proposal-writing, and more.

GrantWatch (free): A site for finding non-profit grants and small-business grants. Users can search for grants by type or location, view resources on grant-writing, and more.
