Go for it! Just make sure you read the fine print so you know whether you can use the images or not. Look for a section called About, FAQ, Terms, License, or similar.
The Creative Commons License is a set of rules that dictate how you can use an image or work. If you use an image or work published under a CC license, you must credit the author by name (Attribution), and there may be other restrictions, such as not making modifications (NoDerivs) or not making money (NonCommercial).
