Using the APA Style Guide handout, look over the examples for citing books, articles and websites. They will serve as models for the citations you will create in this exercise.
These represent resources available through the Stevenson University Library, and are typical of sources you will need to cite for class assignments, papers, projects, presentations, etc.
Create an APA citation for the item you received as a handout.
Be prepare to put your work on the board for the class to critique.
Also, note whether or not you have all of the information needed to cite it, or would you need to do additional digging online?
This sample paper demonstrates how your paper should be formatted and organized to meet APA style guidelines. The sample paper is in pdf format; your papers should be created and saved using Microsoft Word* unless otherwise specified or allowed by the instructor or course instructions.
*Note: All students have free access to Office 365, which includes Microsoft Word.
