Instruction Program
1) Instruction Channel on Library Team - documents for instruction are all kept on this channel
2) Instruction Stats Sheet: record all sessions, workshops, embedded classes
3) Lesson Plan Library: all lessons are required to have a lesson plan sheet in the lesson plan library. The Lesson Plan Library is set up by school at the university.
4) Teaching Assessment: we get feedback from faculty and from other librarians in order to improve our teaching. The outline of this plan is in the Instruction Program folder on the Instruction Channel. We use two forms to collect faculty feedback for instruction.
