All locations of the SU Library will be open by appointment only during the winterim session, January 4-22. Please contact us using the AskUs submission form to arrange an appointment. We will be closed on Monday, January 18.

During the winterim and spring semesters, the Library will be open to current Stevenson-affiliated patrons only, as is the rest of the campus. Stevenson University is currently not open to alumni, community patrons, or guests at this time.
Online reference services are available via our AskUs submission form. Assistance is also available via text to 410-927-5026.
If you would like to arrange to work with a librarian, you can use our Make a Research Appointment form and we'll arrange to meet you on BlueJeans. In-person research assistance will not be available during the break.

In-person browsing of print items, including books, print reserves, journals, DVDs, and Blu-Rays, will not be permitted and the physical collections of the library are cordoned off. You may place a hold request for a specific title in the KOHA catalog and pick up your item at the School of Business or Greenspring library locations. If you have items currently checked out, you can return them to any library location.
Late fines are not currently accruing on any overdue items, but replacement charges will still be assessed for all lost items. Plexiglas barriers are in use at all library locations; whenever possible, please use chat services mentioned above to communicate with us.

Study rooms are not available during winterim.
We are unable to provide supplies such as paper clips, staplers, pens and scissors.
We are currently processing all interlibrary loan requests. You may request copies of articles or book chapters, and loans of print books. Please allow extra time to receive print items as books are being quarantined before delivery.
If you have print ILL items out, please contact us to make arrangements to bring them back during winterim.
