Guide to help connect and troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues.
Connecting to WiFi
What should you do?
If your device already has a reliable connection when connected to the STEVENSON Wi-Fi network, then there is no need to take further action.
If you experience frequent reconnections and “band jumping” on your device, then open your Wi-Fi settings, select your existing STEVENSON connection and select FORGET THIS NETWORK. Likewise if you have ever connected to GUEST you will need to forget that network also. Then, select the STEVENSON5 network and authenticate using your Single Sign On account.
If your device cannot “see” the STEVENSON5 network, then it likely that it cannot support the 5 GHz band.
