About the library

The Library has two locations:  one is in the Learning Resources Center on the Greensping campus, and the other is in the School of Business and Leadership on the Owings Mills campus. It is a vital part of Stevenson University life. The Library staff members are committed to assisting students and faculty with their research, teaching and learning needs.

The University Archives are housed in the Greenspring Library, and serve as a laboratory for students majoring in Public History.

Students, faculty and staff have access to online data sources through library subscriptions, which are carefully selected to meet the needs of the curriculum. These include more than 50 databases providing scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, e-books and reference resources.

Knowledgeable Library staff are prepared to provide assistance with these resources, as well as to help with research on the web. See the Access to Databases link for details on specific subscriptions.

Library Policies contains information about loan periods, guest privleges, and other policy information.
